Lynn is dedicated to giving back to the community.  Currently she serves on the following Boards and Committees:

Board Member of SomerCor 504, Inc.   A non-profit development company certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to originate SBA 504 loans in Illinois. SomerCor 504 has created over 14,000 jobs in the State of Illinois since its inception.   One of the largest SBA lenders in Chicago, SomerCor offers a range of services to help grow your business.

Board Member of the Fox Valley Family YMCA.  A non-profit community organization committed to raising the values that define both individuals and communities through the service of building a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Board Member of the Rush-Copley Medical Center Board of Governors.  A not-for-profit healthcare organization focused on Rush-Copley’s vision is to be the region’s leading healthcare provider. To accomplish this, the organization’s medical staff, board of directors and administrative team are collaborating to provide the community high quality care now and well into the future.

Board Member and Treasurer of Push for the Path.  A not-for-profit community organization dedicated to raise funds to build a 2.72 mile multi-use path on Kennedy Road from Route 47 to Mill Road in Yorkville, Illinois, in honor and memory of Darlene McCue, who was killed in 2009 while riding her bike along Kennedy Road near her home with her daughter.

Board Member of First National Bank of Ottawa.  A community bank that is committed to providing satisfied customers with competitive, quality financial products and services in a company culture emphasizing excellent service and timely responsiveness.

Steering Committee Member of the Fox Valley Heart Fund.  A fund of the Rush Copley Foundation, a not-for-profit community organization dedicated to raising awareness of heart risk factors, and preventing heart disease.  The Rush- Copley Foundation exists to support the priorities of the Rush-Copley Medical Center and the needs of the community, by fostering the roles of philanthropy and service.

Professional Organization Memberships:

Member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  A global professional association who’s purpose is to advance the shopping center industry and to promote its role in the commercial distribution of consumer goods and services.

Member of the Illinois Economic Development Association (IEDA).  A statewide professional economic development association that supports advocacy, education and collaboration to enhance Illinois’ global competitiveness.

Member of the Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce (YACC).  A volunteer organization made up of members of local area businesses to promote and support community relations, and further the interests of businesses in the Yorkville.
